I built this after going through the admin of moving to New Zealand myself — the IRD number, the bank account, working out whether I even qualified for public healthcare. None of it is complicated once you know the steps, but nobody hands you the list, and the official information is scattered across a dozen different websites. This puts it in one sequenced place, in plain language.

This is an early-stage, independently built project — not an official government resource, and not reviewed by Immigration New Zealand or any settlement agency. Every claim links to the official source it came from, and I keep it up to date as rules change, but you should always confirm anything important on that source directly.
